RMC Originals - Upcoming China Tournament and YouTube Contents

First of all, we want to thank everyone for subscribing to our YouTube channel the past few weeks!

We started off with only a few videos and had a little over 20 subscribers.

After the National Mahjong Day livestream, we are now over 280 subscribers!

Thank you for sharing the video and spreading the awareness of National Mahjong Day :) We look forward to doing bigger things for next year!

As mentioned in the livestream, the Japan Kenko Mahjong Association will be co hosting a Mahjong tournament in Chengdu, China in October. We will be participating in the tournament and will also be doing media coverage for the first ever tournament between Japan, China and the United States!

There are still several seats available for the United States, and if you are interested, please let us know by the end of this month (August 2019). The tournament itself is free to enter, but lodging and travel expenses will be separate. Lu and Silas from the New York Wellness Mahjong group created a travel package that will includes the lodging as well as a small tour of Chengdu for a really good price!

Another thing we mentioned on the livestream, is that we will be moving majority of our contents to YouTube in the coming weeks.

We are in the works of creating several video series and we can’t wait to share it with everyone!

The main video series will be a Riichi Mahjong news show where we will go over what is going on in our community.

If you have anything to announce or share, please feel free to email us so we can cover it on the show!

We are also looking for people who would want to co-host the show with us. If you have a camera and mic ready, and are interested, let us know so we can fill you in on the details.

Our second year operating is already going strong and we will continue to do what we love to do.
